The Legal Aid Act provides for the appointment of ten members - two appointed by the Law Society of Saskatchewan, six members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, one member who is an employee of the Department of Justice appointed by the Minister of Justice, and one member who is an employee of the Department of Community Resources & Employment appointed by the Minister of Community Resources.
