Legal Aid Saskatchewan Named Top Employer for Third Consecutive Year

Saskatchewan's Top Employers for 2026 have been named, and for the third consecutive year, Legal Aid Saskatchewan was recognized!
"This remarkable achievement highlights the dedication, talent, and hard work of our entire team," says Jayne Mallin, LAS CEO. "Their unwavering committment and contributions have made this recognition possible, and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together."
Olga Sadikova, LAS Director of People and Culture, says, “This recognition reflects LAS’s commitment to being a workplace that values its people, offers strong benefits, and fosters a positive work culture. Being consistently recognized as a Saskatchewan Top Employer helps strengthen employee pride and loyalty to the organization and promote a culture of excellence.”
Saskatchewan's Top Employers is a special designation bestowed upon Saskatchewan employers that lead their industries in offering an exceptional place to work. Employers are reviewed on several criteria, including workplace culture and atmosphere, benefits and time off, training and skills development, and community involvement.
Reasons why LAS is a Top Employer
“Consistent recognition places LAS among the leading organizations in the province in terms of workplace quality,” Olga says. “Strong internal culture leads to optimal outcomes for our clients. The repeated recognition also helps position our organization as a leader in public service employment.”
Olga encourages the entire LAS team to celebrate this recognition. “The next step is to live the recognition, ensuring that Legal Aid Saskatchewan remains a workplace where people want to stay, grow and do meaningful work for the people of Saskatchewan.”
“Let's celebrate this milestone and continue to strive for excellence in all that we do,” Jayne says.
