October 27th is National Duty Counsel Day, a day of recognition for the essential work done by our duty counsel lawyers and the need for Canadians to have this service.
LAS has provided duty counsel services and advice for 25 years. Throughout the 2024-2025 fiscal year, our staff lawyers and private bar partners delivered duty counsel services and advice to 26,373 adults and youth!
